You’ll also need your order number or the name of the person who sent it to you, if it was sent as a gift.
To start a refund or replacement, you can contact us at orders@killerpecans.com. If your refund or replacement is accepted, we’ll issue a refund or replacement within 5 buisiness days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our items are non-returnable. We will only issue a refund or replacement.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your complaint and identified your order number and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
